`Pursuant to the Board’s August 10, 2022 Scheduling Order (Paper 10) and
`
`37 C.F.R. 42.70(a), Petitioner Chanel, Inc. respectfully requests oral argument.
`
`The Board set May 2, 2023, as the date for oral argument (if requested) in
`
`this proceeding and related proceedings, IPR2022-00543, IPR2022-00544, and
`
`IPR2022-00546. Petitioner respectfully requests a consolidated hearing with 60
`
`minutes per side (120 minutes total) to address the issues in all four proceedings.
`
`Alternatively, if there will be separate hearings for each proceeding, Petitioner
`
`requests 30 minutes per side (60 minutes total) to address the issues in this
`
`proceeding, IPR2022-00545.
`
`The parties jointly request that oral argument be conducted remotely via
`
`videoconference with the capability to display documents, including
`
`demonstratives and exhibits, to the Board.
`
`Petitioner specifies the following issues to be argued (without waiving
`
`consideration of any issue not listed below):
`
`1. Each ground of invalidity set forth in the Petition.
`
`2. Any other issues addressed in the Petition, Patent Owner’s Response,
`
`Petitioner’s Reply, and Patent Owner’s Sur-Reply.
`
`3. Any motion pending at the time of the argument.
`
`4. Any issues specified by Patent Owner in a request for oral argument.
