`The ’161 Patent has been asserted against the petitioner Chanel, Inc. in the

`following co-pending litigation: Molo Design Ltd. v. Chanel, Inc., No. 1:21-cv-
`
`01578 (S.D.N.Y). Molo’s complaint in the litigation was filed on February 22,
`
`2021.
