`Scramoge Technology Limited v. Apple Inc. 6-21-cv-01071 (WDTX), which is co-pending to the
`following cases: IPR2022-00529, IPR2022-00532, and IPR2022-00573. On Friday, September 9, the
`district court issued a new scheduling order. The trial date has been moved from July of 2023 to Oct
`31, 2023.
