`As argued by the Applicants in the Remarks, dated March 7, 2011, the cited references

`have failed to teach "disclose that a voltage holding circuit has a terminal being

`connected to a reference voltage different from the first voltage, and under the
`
`voltage supply mode, the first voltage is supplied to another terminal of the
`
`voltage holding circuit" in combination with other limitations of claim 1, and
