`Before the Court is the Joint Motion to Stay and Notice of Settlement (the “Motion”) filed
`
`by Plaintiff BillJCo, LLC (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company and
`
`Aruba Networks, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”) (together with Plaintiff,
`
`the “Parties”).
`
`(Dkt. No. 199). In the Motion, the Parties notify the Court that all claims between the Parties in
`
`the above-captioned actions have been settled in principle, and they are in the process of
`
`memorializing a long-form settlement agreement. The Parties request that the Court stay all
`
`deadlines in such actions for thirty (30) days.
`
`Having considered the Motion, and in light of its joint nature, the Court finds that it should
`
`be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the above-captioned cases are
`
`STAYED for a period of thirty (30) days from the entry of this Order, during which time
`
`appropriate dismissal papers shall be filed with the Court. Further, the Court ORDERS that the
`
