`00367). Amazon.com, Inc., and Amazon.com Services LLC, which filed a petition
`in IPR2022-01353; Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Electronics America,
`Inc., and Google LLC, which filed a petition in IPR2022-01362; and Dell
`Technologies Inc. and Dell Inc., which filed a petition in IPR2022-01398; were
`joined as Petitioners in this proceeding.
`2 At the oral argument on May 5, 2023, the Board instructed Patent Owner to re-file
`duplicative Exhibits 2009 and 2010 (filed with Patent Owner’s pre-institution sur-
`reply on June 16, 2022) as Exhibits 2015 and 2016. Patent Owner files those exhibits
`concurrently and updates its exhibit list to add Exhibits to 2015 and 2016.
