`Pursuant to the Court’s March 7, 2022 Amended Standing Order Regarding Joint or

`Unopposed Request to Change Deadlines and the Court’s Scheduling Orders entered in the above-
`
`captioned cases, Plaintiff XR Communications LLC (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants Amazon.com,
`
`Inc.; Amazon.com Services, Inc.; eero LLC; Apple Inc.; ASUSTeK Computer Inc.; Cisco Systems,
`
`Inc.; Meraki, LLC; Google LLC; Samsung Electronics America, Inc.; Samsung Electronics Co.,
