`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Patent Owner Scramoge Technology
`
`Limited (“Patent Owner”) requests oral argument on all instituted grounds of the
`
`above captioned IPR, including the topics raised in Patent Owner’s Response,
`
`Petitioner’s Reply, and Patent Owner’s Sur-Reply. Oral argument is currently
`
`scheduled for May 3, 2023. Patent Owner requests 60 minutes per side for the oral
`
`argument. Patent Owner requests that the hearing be held at the United States Patent
`
`and Trademark Office in Arlington, Virginia with space available for two attorneys
`
`for Patent Owner, both of whom will be using personal laptop computers. Patent
`
`Owner also requests the ability to connect a personal laptop to a projector and/or
`
`screen to display demonstrative exhibits at the hearing or via remote video
`
`conference. Patent Owner is available to meet and discuss this request further at the
`
`Board’s convenience.
