`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Patent Owner, Telefonaktiebolaget LM
`
`Ericsson, by and through its counsel, will conduct cross-examination by deposition
`
`of Petitioner’s Declarant Jonathan Wells, Ph.D. Dr. Wells’ deposition will take
`
`place commencing at 10:00 AM CST on November 21, 2022 and continuing for up
`
`to 7 hours of cross-examination. As agreed by the parties, Dr. Wells’ deposition will
`
`be conducted remotely by videoconference. The deposition will be conducted before
`
`a Notary Public or other officer authorized to administer oaths, to be arranged for by
`
`counsel for Patent Owner, and will be recorded by audio, stenographic and/or visual
`
`means. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and have
`
`agreed to the date, time, and place of this deposition and the availability of the
`
`witness. The deposition will take place more than one week prior to the due date for
`
`Petitioner’s Reply, thereby complying with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(2).
