`
`Dear Ms. King,
`
`I am counsel of record for Patent Owner, Regeneron, in these proceedings and write to advise the
`Panel that, based on the contents of the Petitions in IPR2022-00298, IPR2022-00301, IPR2022-
`00257, IPR2022-00258, and the representations of Petitioners Apotex and Celltrion in their
`respective motions for joinder, Patent Owner agrees to waive its POPR in those IPRs.
`
`Please let us know if the Panel has any questions or requires any clarification.
`
`With best regards,
`Deborah

`
`Dear Board,
`
` I
`
` am counsel for Petitioner Apotex, Inc. for recently filed IPR proceedings, IPR2022-00298, and
`IPR2022-00301. In those IPRs, we filed Motions for joinder to Mylan v. Regeneron, IPR2021-00880
`and IPR2021-00881 (“the Mylan IPRs”) on December 9, 2021.
`
` I
`
` am writing pursuant to the requirements in the Trial Practice Guide to arrange a conference call
`with the panel, petitioner, and patent owner of the first proceeding within five business days of filing
`the motion so that the panel can timely manage the proceedings.
`
`On this email, we have copied counsel for Celltrion as they also filed IPR Petitions and Motions for
`Joinder to the same Mylan IPRs.
`
`Apotex notes that Mylan does not oppose joinder of either Apotex or Celltrion in either proceeding.
`
`Counsel for all such parties can be available for a phone call during the following windows (all times
`
`

`

`in ET):
`
`December 17th from 11:00-1:00 PM and 2-3:00 PM;
`December 21st from 4-5:00 PM.
`
`
`If there is another time the Board prefers, Petitioner will work with the other parties to
`accommodate the Board’s schedule.
`
`Regards,
`
