`Celltrion, Inc. v. Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Case No. IPR2022-00257
`
`(P.T.A.B.). Patent Owner understands that Petitioner has filed a Motion for

`Joinder on December 9, 2021 requesting joinder of this case with IPR2021-00880.
`
`The ’069 patent is related to U.S. Patent No. 9,254,338 B2 (“the ’338
`
`patent”). Petitioner has separately filed an IPR petition on the ’338 patent
`
`(IPR2022-00298). The ’338 patent is also being challenged in Mylan
`
`Pharmaceuticals Inc. v. Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Case No. IPR2021-
`
`00881 (P.T.A.B.) and Celltrion, Inc. v. Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Case No.
`
`IPR2022-00258 (P.T.A.B.).
