`
`To the Honorable Board,
`Petitioner respectfully requests cancellation of the March 8, 2023 oral argument for IPR2022-00294
`and IPR2022-00295, with the parties resting on their briefs for any issues not addressed at the
`February 17th hearing directed to IPR2022-00202 and IPR2022-00291. The parties met and
`conferred and Patent Owner does not oppose Petitioner’s request.
`
`If the Board agrees to cancel the March 8th oral argument, there would be no need for the March
`3rd pre-hearing conference, and the Board could cancel that as well.
`
`Best regards,
`
`Todd Baker
`Counsel for Petitioner
