`http://www.lightingfacts.com/products at the end of the DOE project. The product line also includes a
`600 Watt LED fixture, an 800 Watt LED fixture and a control system providing on/off control,
`dimming and special effects. Every fixture is controllable through an Ethernet interface or through
`industry standard DMX-512. Sportsbeams fixtures provided field lighting for Superbowl LV.

`In 2005 Litepanels, Inc. produced the only LED based lighting product built specifically for television
`and movie production. In 2008 negotiated an asset purchase agreement with the Vitec Group, plc, a
`UK publicly traded company. The acquisition resulted in an initial payment of $14.5 million and
`potential additional earn-out of $50 million over a 40-month period. Through continuous improvement
`in technology and a careful IP strategy, maintained a world-wide market share of approximately 85%.
`Post-acquisition, appointed as IP counsel for the Videocom Division of the Vitec Group, responsible for
`intellectual property over multiple brands from multiple business units located world-wide.

` Negotiated key provisions of the asset purchase agreement.
`
` Developed system level design for the entire line of Litepanels products. Contributed to the
`hardware design and authored software for the entire line of products.

` Pressed sane IP strategy aimed at forcing license agreements with competitors to allow
`Litepanels to maintain profit margins:

`o In multiple actions, sued seven defendants for patent infringement in Federal Court.
`
`o Brought action in the International Trade Commission against fourteen domestic
`importers and foreign manufacturers of infringing products resulting in the entry of a

`Border Protection to identify sources of excluded goods.

`and military clients based on a rapidly deployable, self-surveying, acoustic sensor.

` Obtained a series of patents covering key aspects of time-stamping in an acoustic gunshot
`sensor, a feature which makes a wireless sensor possible.

` Brought-up first wireless gunshot location system in North Charleston, SC in cooperation with

` Provided the technology that made gunshot location a commercially viable enterprise. Today,

`dollars per year in revenue prior to my departure to focus on law school. Supervised the product
`development engineering staff, departmental secretaries, technicians and model shop personnel.
