`Unified filed an IPR against U.S. Patent 10,326,987, owned by DivX, LLC, a
`subsidiary of SoftBank Group Corp., as part of Unified's ongoing efforts in its
`SEP Video Codec Zone. The '987 patent is being asserted against Hulu and is
`directed to encoding alternative streams of video for use in adaptive bitrate
`streaming.

`After three weeks that Unified filed an ex parte reexamination against U.S.
`Patent 8,103,310, the USPTO granted the request, finding substantial new
`questions of patentability on all challenged claims. The '213 patent is owned by
`WSOU Investments, LLC and has been asserted against NEC in the Western
`District of Texas.
