`
`We granted IGT’s motion that the subject matter of Zynga’s involved claims
`
`was not supported by an adequate written description. Paper 145. Because our
`
`decision deprives Zynga of an adequate basis to be involved in this interference
`
`(37 CFR § 41.201, definition of threshold issue), we enter judgment against Zynga.
