`I.
`
`INTRODUCTION
`
`On March 17, 2021, Bose Corporation filed IPR2021-00680 against ’934
`
`patent. The Board granted institution on October 13, 2021, determining that
`
`Bose’s grounds are “at least reasonably strong” and that “the current record shows
`
`that the combination of Schrager and Goldstein and the combination of Rezvani-
`
`446, Rezvani-875, Skulley, and Hind, would have rendered claim 1 obvious.”
`
`Bose Corp. v. Koss Corp., IPR2021-00680, Pap. 15, 19 and 20.
`
`This joinder petition is substantively identical to the Bose petition and is
`
`being filed with a motion for joinder within the one-month period set by 37
`
`C.F.R. § 42.122(b). As explained in the accompanying motion, joinder is in the
`
`interests of justice, and should be granted in light of the Board’s precedent in
`
`General Plastics and Apple Inc. v. Uniloc. Gen. Plastic Indus. Co. v. Canon
