`
`To the Patent Trial and Appeal Board:
`
`I am lead counsel for Petitioner in IPR2022-00180. In an email dated June 24, 2022, the Board
`authorized Petitioner to file a motion to submit supplemental information within five business days
`(i.e., by July 1, 2022). On July 1, 2022, Petitioner filed a motion to submit supplemental information.
`When Petitioner’s counsel prepared the motion, it was 15 pages, as required by 37 CFR 42.24 (a)(1)
`(v). In the process of preparing the motion for filing, the paralegal for Petitioner’s counsel inserted a
`hard space into the introduction of the motion, and that insertion caused the text of the motion to
`flow onto a 16th page. Therefore, the motion that was filed on July 1, 2022 has text flowing over
`onto a 16th page. I am emailing to ask the Board either to waive the 15-page requirement for this
`motion or for leave to file a corrected motion with the hard space removed so that the motion
`complies with the 15-page limit. I have corresponded with opposing counsel, who has indicated that
`it does not oppose either waiver of the 15-page limit or granting leave to file a corrected motion.
