`On November 11, 2021, Defendant filed a motion to stay this matter pending inter partes
`
`review (“IPR”) of the asserted patents. Plaintiff has not opposed the motion. The Court has
`independently reviewed the record and finds the relevant factors also weigh in favor of granting
`the motion. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the motion HEREBY STAYS this matter pending
`resolution of the IPR proceedings. The parties shall file joint status reports every 180 days until
`the stay can be lifted, and the first status report shall be due on July 5, 2022.
`
`In light of the stay, the Court TERMINATES Defendant’s motion for judgment on the
`pleadings. If the IPR proceedings do not render that motion moot, the parties shall meet and
`confer and submit a stipulation and proposed order for a new hearing date on the existing briefing
`or Defendant may renew that motion to account for any changes necessary.
`
`Finally, the Court reminds all parties that when they seek relief of any form from the
`Court, they must electronically file proposed orders and submit word documents of those orders to
