`
`Dear Honorable Board,
`
`I am counsel of record for Petitioner in the above-captioned IPR. I am writing to request that the
`Board modify Due Date 7 in this proceeding. Patent Owner does not oppose this request.
`
`Specifically, Petitioner requests that Due Date 7 be moved from February 8, 2023, to February 20,
`2023. By way of background, the initial scheduling order set the date for oral argument, if
`requested, on February 15, 2023, and Due Date 7 was set for February 8, 2023. (Paper 15.) After
`the initial scheduling order was entered, the Board issued another scheduling order that moved the
`date for oral argument to February 27, 2023, but did not change Due Date 7. (Paper 17.) Petitioner
`requests the Board move Due Date 7 to one week before the date set for oral argument (to February
`20, 2023), in line with the schedule that was in the initial scheduling order. The parties are
`negotiating modifications to other deadlines in this proceeding, and the requested modification of
`Due Date 7 would allow the parties to utilize more of the time before the oral argument.
`
`To the extent a call would be helpful to the Board, the parties are available during the following
`times: Monday (11/21) 11 am – 1:30 pm ET; and Monday (11/28) 9 am – 10 am ET; 11 am ET – 1:30
`pm ET.
