`Specifically, as permitted by the Scheduling Order, the parties jointly stipulate to an

`extension of due dates as follows:

`• The portion of Due Date 1 relating to Patent Owner’s response to the
`
`petition extended from August 4, 2022 to August 5, 2022.
`
`• The portion of Due Date 2 relating to Petitioner’s reply to Patent Owner’s
`
`response to the petition extended from October 27, 2022 to October 28,
`
`2022.
`
`It is not believed that any other action by the parties or the Board is required
`
`for the proposed schedule modification. This stipulation does not affect any other
`
`Due Dates set in the Scheduling Order.
