`Granting Unopposed Motion to Withdraw
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10
`Scramoge Technology Ltd. (“Patent Owner”) filed an Unopposed Motion to
`Withdraw Attorneys from Russ August and Kabat (“RAK”), which requests,
`“pursuant to the authorization received from the Board (via email) on November
`23, 2022,” withdrawal of Reza Mirzaie and James Milkey of RAK, “because RAK
`

`“no longer represents Patent Owner” in the above-captioned matters. Paper 23. 1
`The Motion further states “Patent Owner has already filed a new Power of
`Attorney and Updated Mandatory Notice designating attorneys from BC Law
`Group, P.C. as its lead and back-up counsel.” Id. We confirm those filings.
`Papers 19 (Patent Owner’s Third Amended Power of Attorney), 20 (Patent
`Owner’s Third Amended Mandatory Notices).
`The designated attorneys of BC Law Group are Brett Cooper, as lead
`counsel, and John Petrsoric, as backup counsel. Paper 20. Mr. Cooper and Mr.
`Petrsoric had represented Patent Owner as attorneys of RAK. Paper 14 (Patent
`Owner’s Second Amended Mandatory Notices).
`In summary, Patent Owner requests that RAK be withdrawn and that
`Mr. Cooper and Mr. Petrsoric (now of BC Law Group and previously of RAK)
`continue to represent Patent Owner. See also IPR2022-00118, Papers 19, 20, 27;
`IPR2022-00120, Papers 17, 18, 22.
`It is ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion is granted.
