`1 This Order pertains to both cases. Thus, we exercise our discretion to issue
`one Order to be filed in each case. The parties are not authorized to use this
`style heading in subsequent papers.

`The Order Setting Oral Argument in each of these proceedings stated
`that “demonstratives shall be served on opposing counsel at least seven (7)
`business days before the hearing date [of June 2, 2023] and filed no later
`than three (3) business days before the hearing.” Paper 24 (“Order”), 3. 2
`The Order also notified the parties that they “may stipulate to an alternative
`schedule for serving and filing demonstratives, and request that the Board
`modify the schedule for filing and serving demonstratives at least seven (7)
`business days before the hearing date.” Id. at 3 n.5.
`In an email to the Board on May 16, 2023, the parties indicated that
`they have conferred and they jointly request that the deadline for serving
`demonstratives be changed to May 26, 2023, and the deadline for filing
`demonstratives with the Board be changed to June 1, 2023, in view of the
`upcoming Memorial Day holiday. The request is granted.
`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that, for both proceedings, the deadline for serving
`demonstrative exhibits on opposing counsel set forth in the Order Setting
`Oral Argument is modified to be May 26, 2023, and the deadline for filing
`demonstrative with the Board set forth in the Order Setting Oral Argument is
`modified to be June 1, 2023.
