`On November 23, 2021, the court in MemoryWeb, LLC v. Apple Inc., Case

`No. 6:21-cv-00531-ADA (W.D. Tex.) issued an order adopting the parties’ Agreed
`
`Scheduling Order (i.e., PGR2022-00006, EX1061), identifying an Apple trial date
`
`of August 7, 2023, and stating that it “expects to set” the trial date “at the
`
`conclusion of the Markman Hearing” held on or after June 3, 2022. Dkt. 33 at 6-8.
