`Patent Owner hereby requests an oral argument pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §

`42.70. As indicated in the Revised Scheduling Order, the requested oral argument
`
`will be held at the USPTO headquarters in Alexandria or the San Jose regional
`
`office or virtually on March 14, 2023. Paper 17. The issues to be addressed at oral
`
`argument include:
`
` claim construction issues raised in this proceeding;
`
` whether claims 1-19 are invalid over A3UM and Belitz as set forth in
`
`the Petition;
`
` the public availability of A3UM;
`
` any procedural and evidentiary issues raised by the parties;
`
` any other matters presented in the briefing by the parties to the
`
`proceeding; and
`
` any additional issues on which the Board seeks information or
`
`clarification.
`
`Patent Owner respectfully requests two hours per side of oral argument time.
`
`Patent Owner requests the services of a court reporter to transcribe the
`
`proceeding.
