`
`Counsel:
`
`Patent Owner is authorized (but not required) to file a motion pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.5 seeking
`an extension of time to Due Dates 1, 2, and 3 in accordance with the Scheduling Order (Paper 15).
`The motion shall be limited to 5 pages. Petitioner is authorized (but not required) to file a response
`to the motion limited to 5 pages within 3 days after filing of the motion.
`
`The Board considers extending Due Dates to be matters that are best resolved by a stipulation
`between the parties and (strongly) encourages such a resolution here. Prior to filing the motion,
`counsel for the parties shall meet and confer again in an attempt to reach a stipulation regarding the
`Due Dates.
`
`Thank you,
`
`Maria King

`parallel district court action, which involves the patent at issue in the present IPR proceeding, and
`other work commitments. Counsel for Patent Owner has conferred with counsel for Petitioner,
`Google LLC, who has indicated that Petitioner would agree to a 4-day extension for each of Due

`
`The parties are available for a conference call tomorrow (6/22) between 10-11AM ET and Thursday
