`by deposition of Dr. Glenn Reinman, witness of Patent Owner Memory Web, LLC,

`in IPR2021-01413.
`
`By agreement of the parties, the cross-examination of Dr. Glenn Reinman will
`
`begin at 9:00 a.m. Central Time on Thursday, August 18, 2022 and occur via remote
`
`video conference. The cross-examination will take place by oral examination before
`
`a notary public or other officer duly authorized to administer oaths. The cross-
`
`examination will be recorded using video, audiotape, and/or stenographic means.
`
`The parties have agreed to the place and time of the deposition and the availability
`
`of the witness.
