`Dear Honorable Board,
`
`On July 18, 2022 in the above-referenced proceeding, the Board issued an Order (Paper 26) granting Petitioner's
`unopposed first and second motions to seal and entering a protective order.
`
`In the unopposed second motion to seal (Paper 24), Petitioner requested that the Board seal portions of the Patent
`Owner's Response (Paper 23) as well as certain exhibits. Paper 24, 1, 9-10. In the Order, the Board analyzed Petitioner's
`request and found good cause for sealing the requested documents, but in the concluding "ORDER" section stated
`Petitioner's "request[] to seal redacted portions of the Patent Owner's Preliminary Response" had been granted. Paper 26,
`1-3 (underline added). Petitioner respectfully notes that it did not request that the Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response
`(Paper 8) be sealed. Id., 1-2; Paper 24. As such, it appears that the Order's reference to the Patent Owner’s Preliminary
`Response is a typographical error and intended to refer to the Patent Owner's Response (Paper 23).
`
`Petitioner therefore respectfully requests that the Board clarify the record so it is clear Petitioner's request to seal redacted
`portions of the Patent Owner's Response (Paper 23) of the second motion to seal has been granted. Patent Owner does
`not oppose.
`
