`On May 6, 2022, Patent Owner submitted a Statutory Disclaimer under 37 CFR 1.321(a)
`disclaiming claims 1-14 and 25 of U.S. Patent No. 10,344,999 B2 in the record for IPR2021-
`01355. See Paper 21. The Statutory Disclaimer, however, was not filed in the record for the
`patent itself. In order for the Statutory Disclaimer to be effective, it must be submitted
`immediately to the Commissioner for Patents, PO Box 1450, Alexandria, VA 22313-1450 and
`filed in the patent record. Please notify the Board when the Statutory Disclaimer has been
`submitted to the Commissioner for Patents.
