`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), 35 U.S.C. § 316(a)(10), and the Board’s

`February 10, 2022 Scheduling Order (Paper 18), Patent Owner respectfully

`requests oral argument in this proceeding. Under the Scheduling Order, oral
`
`argument is currently scheduled for November 15, 2022.

`Patent Owner requests (without any intent to waive considerations of any

`issue not requested) to address the following issues at the oral hearing:

`Petitioner’s assertion that claims 1-22 are unpatentable under 35

`U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over Schulze in view of Gupta;

`Claim interpretations and any other subsidiary issues relevant to the

`Any motions to exclude evidence filed by Patent Owner or Petitioner;
`
`Any issues specified by Petitioner in its request for oral argument or
`
`raised by Petitioner during oral argument;
`
`Any other issues the Board deems necessary for issuing a final written
`
`decision.

`Patent Owner respectfully requests that the Board schedule an in-person
`
`hearing for this proceeding. Patent Owner also respectfully requests that the Board
`
`make available an easel for presentation of demonstratives during the hearing.
