`requests oral argument in this proceeding. Under the Scheduling Order, oral

`argument is currently scheduled for November 15, 2022.

`Any motions to exclude evidence filed by Patent Owner or Petitioner;
`
`Any issues specified by Petitioner in its request for oral argument or
`
`raised by Petitioner during oral argument;
`
`Any other issues the Board deems necessary for issuing a final written
`
`decision.

`Patent Owner respectfully requests that the Board schedule an in-person
`
`hearing for this proceeding. Patent Owner also respectfully requests that the Board
`
`make available an easel for presentation of demonstratives during the hearing.
