`I, Don Zhe Nan Wang, declare as follows:

`I am a member in good standing of the California State Bar (admitted

`2016), and I am admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern

`District of California (admitted in 2018) and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth

`Circuit (admitted 2022).

`I have never been suspended or disbarred from practice before any

`court or administrative body.

`I have never had an application for admission to practice before any

`court or administrative body denied.

`I have had no sanctions or contempt citations imposed against me by

`I am a litigation attorney with almost six years of experience in

`private practice as an associate at the law firms of White & Case LLP and Axinn,
`
`Veltrop & Harkrider LLP. During this time, I represented clients in complex
`
`patent infringement proceedings before various U.S. District Courts and the U.S.
`
`International Trade Commission and participated in Markman proceedings,
`
`summary judgment pleadings, and other patent-related pleadings and hearings
`
`concerning, inter alia, patent invalidity, infringement, and enforceability issues.
`

`I have not previously applied to appear pro hac vice in a proceeding
`
`before the Office. I am concurrently applying to appear pro hac vice in IPR2021-
`
`01339, IPR2021-01340, IPR2021-01342, and IPR2021-01344.
