`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Patent Owner, StratosAudio, Inc. (“Patent

`Owner”) by and through its attorneys will conduct the second deposition upon oral
`
`examination of Dr. Kevin C. Almeroth by remote audio/visual conference in
`
`IPR2021-01303 sequentially with his depositions in IPR2021-01267 and IPR2021-
`
`01305. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and agreed
`
`that Dr. Almeroth’s second deposition will take place remotely commencing at
`
`12:00 PM ET/9:00 AM PT on August 17, 2022, or at such other time and place to
`
`which the parties may agree or which may be ordered by the Board.
`
`The deposition will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded using audiotape,
`
`videotape, and/or by stenographic means, and real-time transcription services may
`
`be utilized.
