`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioner, Hyundai Motor America

`(“Petitioner”) by and through its attorneys will conduct the deposition upon oral
`
`examination of Dr. John C. Hart by remote audio/visual conference in IPR2021-
`
`01303/-01305 sequentially. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have
`
`conferred and agreed that Dr. Hart’s deposition will take place remotely
`
`commencing at 10:00 AM ET on July 8, 2022, or at such other time and place to
`
`which the parties may agree or which may be ordered by the Board.
`
`The deposition will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded using audiotape,
`
`videotape, and/or by stenographic means, and real-time transcription services may
`
`be utilized.
