`I am an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the

`District of Columbia. I am an associate at the law firm of Steptoe &
`
`Johnson, LLP, counsel for Patent Owner, Express Mobile, Inc.

`(“Express Mobile”).
`

`I have been practicing for over nine years, the majority of that time
`
`has been focused on litigation, in particular, patent litigation.
`

`I am a member of good standing of the Illinois Bar, the District of
`
`Columbia, and the United States District Court for the Northern
`
`District of Illinois.

`I am a member of good standing in all jurisdictions where I have been
`
`admitted to practice.

`I have never been suspended or disbarred from practice before any
`
`court or administrative body.

`I have never had an application denied for admission to practice

`issues in this proceeding.
