`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s Scheduling Order dated
`
`January 7, 2022 (Paper 8), Petitioner Momentum Dynamics Corporation
`
`(“Petitioner”) respectfully requests oral argument via videoconference on issues
`
`related to the patentability of the challenged claims of 8,304,935 (“’935 patent”) on
`
`the instituted grounds set forth in the Board’s Decision (Paper 7), and on any issues
`
`specified in any motions to exclude, or any other pending motions or briefing filed
`
`by the parties. If the Board’s resources permit, Petitioner requests that the hearing
`
`be set as a public hearing with a real time audio stream that members of the public
`
`can access.
`
`Petitioner requests that the Board allow Petitioner and Patent Owner each a
`
`total of 60 minutes to present their arguments.
`
`If the argument is to be conducted in person, Petitioner expects two people
`
`to attend for Petitioner if the Board can accommodate this number of attendees for
`
`Petitioner. Petitioner requests permission to use a computer, projector, and screen
`
`to display demonstratives and exhibits. Petitioner also requests that the attorneys
`
`at Petitioner’s counsel table be allowed to use computers.
