`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Board’s Scheduling Order (Paper

`8), Patent Owner submits this Request for Oral Argument on all of the instituted
`
`unpatentability grounds regarding U.S. Patent No. 8,304,935. Specifically, Patent
`
`Owner requests (without waiving consideration of any issue not listed below) to
`
`address the following issues:
`
`1. Whether claims 1, 5-8, 15 and 19-22 are unpatentable over O’Brien
`
`(Kathleen O’Brien, Inductively Coupled Radio Frequency Power
`
`Transmission System for Wireless Systems and Devices, Technical
`
`University of Dresden Ph.D. dissertation (2007)) pursuant to 35 U.S.C. §
`
`102;
`
`2. Whether claims 1-23 are unpatentable over O’Brien and Haaster (U.S.
`
`Patent Pub. No. 2004/0001299 A1) pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 103;
`
`3. Any procedural and/or evidentiary issues;
`
`4. Rebuttal to Petitioner’s presentation on all matters; and
`
`5. Any additional issues on which the Board seeks clarification.
`
`The Board has currently scheduled the Oral Hearing for this proceeding on
`
`October 11, 2022 (Paper 8). Patent Owner requests 45 minutes per side to present
`
`arguments in this case. To the extent the Board allots an amount of time per side
`
`other than that requested herein, Patent Owner requests half of the total length of
`
`the hearing to present.
