`I write jointly on behalf of Petitioner and Patent Owner in regards to oral argument in IPR2021-
`01116, scheduled for October 5, 2022, and oral argument in IPR2021-01166, scheduled for October
`11, 2022. The parties have conferred and agree to rest on the papers in IPR2021-01116 and
`IPR2021-01166. Accordingly, the parties jointly seek to withdraw their requests for oral argument in
`these proceedings. If the Board would like a conference call, the parties will confer and provide
`availability.

`For the avoidance of doubt, Petitioner maintains that the challenged claims in IPR2021-01116 and
`IPR2021-01166 are unpatentable, and Patent Owner maintains its opposition in each proceeding.
