`RE: IPR2021-01141: Motion Filed - Cradlepoint, Inc. v. 3G Licensing S.A.
`
`Counsel: No further briefing is necessary at this time. Decisions on motions in cases related to IPR2021‐00584, ‐580
`(e.g., IPR2021‐01141) will be held in abeyance until a decision is reached in the ‐580 and ‐584 proceedings. Should
`additional briefing be necessary, in any proceeding, regarding Patent Owner’s Request for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Mr.
`Neil Benchell, the Board will issue an order.
`
`Thank you,

`
`Dear Board,
`
`1
`
`
`
`I understand that the Board provided guidance today in two other IPRs (IPR2021‐00906 and IPR2021‐00908) where
`petitioner raised issues regarding Mr. Benchell’s application. For clarity, as in IPR2021‐00906 and IPR2021‐00908
`proceedings, Petitioner agrees to be bound by the outcome in the IPR2021‐00580 and IPR2021‐00584 proceedings in
`this proceeding should the Board agree to hold in abeyance this motion for admission.
`
`Based on the guidance in the other IPR2021‐00906 and IPR2021‐00908, Petitioner understands that no further briefing
`needs to be filed today. If the Board prefers additional briefing be filed in parallel in this proceeding (as opposed to
`waiting for a determination as to those issues raised in IPR2021‐00580, ‐00584), Petitioner respectfully requests a
`similar briefing schedule be entered in this proceeding outlining page limits and due dates for the opposition.
`
`Thank you,

`Subject: RE: IPR2021‐01141: Motion Filed ‐ Cradlepoint, Inc. v. 3G Licensing S.A.
`
`Dear Board,
`
`I am counsel for Petitioner in the above captioned matter. Patent Owner recently filed a motion for admission pro hac
`vice for Mr. Neil Benchell in this matter (below) and Petitioner has indicated its opposition. Petitioner is currently also
`opposing the admission of Mr. Benchell in IPR2021‐00580, IPR2021‐00584, and IPR2021‐00640, and the Parties are in
`the middle of the as‐ordered briefing schedule in two proceedings IPR2021‐00580 and IPR2021‐00584, while the briefing
`in IPR2021‐00640 has been paused pending the outcome of ‐00580 and ‐00584.
`
`
`Petitioner notes that the issues raised here are substantially similar to those previously briefed, with the additional twist
`of additional misstatements in Mr. Benchell’s declaration here that were not at issue for his previous motions. See, e.g.,
`Ex. 2009, Benchell Dec. at ¶¶8‐9 (attesting that Mr. Benchell has been admitted in IPR2021‐00580 and IPR2021‐00584
`and that Petitioner sought to have his admission revoked; but he has not been admitted; see generally IPR2021‐00580
`and IPR2021‐00584); ¶¶7, 10 (attesting that there is no evidence that Mr. Benchell was on the 2014 NJ list; but
`Petitioner submitted exactly such evidence in IPR2021‐00580 at Paper 36 at 3 (citing Exhibit 1017) and Exhibit 1017
`(noting the New Jersey Supreme court sent notice to each pro hac vice attorney, and stating that “every reasonable
`effort has been made…to notify all pro hac vice attorneys of their obligations”)).
`
`If the Board prefers briefing be filed in parallel in this proceeding (as opposed to waiting for a determination as to those
`issues raised in IPR2021‐00580, ‐00584), Petitioner respectfully requests a similar briefing schedule be entered in this
`proceeding outlining page limits and due dates for the opposition.
`
`
`Thank you,
