`With respect to IPR2021-01141, Petitioners will not oppose the pro hac vice admission of Stephanie
`Berger or Andrew DeMarco. Consistent with Petitioners’ position in other IPRs, including IPR2021-
`00580 and IPR2021-00584, we do object to the admission of Neil Benchell, including for all the
`reasons raised in IPR2021-00580 and IPR2021-00584. We further propose that the parties agree to
`wait for the Board’s decision on the contested motions regarding Mr. Benchell to proceed regarding
`his pro hac vice application.
