`Pursuant to a joint stipulation of Petitioner and Patent Owner (“Parties”),

`and in accordance with the guidance provided in the Scheduling Order (Paper 20),

`the Parties hereby stipulate to modify DUE DATES 1-3 as follows:

`• DUE DATE 1 will be changed from April 7, 2022 to April 21, 2022.
`
`• DUE DATE 2 (the portion relating to Petitioner’s reply) will be changed
`
`from June 30, 2022 to July 14, 2022.
`
`• DUE DATE 3 (the portion relating to Patent Owner’s sur-reply to reply)
`
`will be changed from August 11, 2022 to August 25, 2022.
`
`A revised DUE DATE APPENDIX is attached showing the changes made
`
`relative to the latest schedule in redline.
`
`In the event that Patent Owner files a motion to amend, the Parties have
`
`agreed to jointly request to the Board to change the portions relating to motion to
`
`amend in DUE DATE 2 and DUE DATE 3 to July 14, 2022 and August 25, 2022,
`
`respectively.
`
`This stipulation does not affect or otherwise modify the dates for DUE
`
`DATES 4-8. As further agreed by the Parties, Patent Owner files this Notice on
`
`behalf of both Parties.
