`Yesterday during the Markman hearing in the PV v. Intel 562 case, we mentioned that the parties
`would like to set a trial date for the PV v Intel 108 case; the parties had proposed a date in early June
`2022. Rather than discussing a date at the hearing and potentially causing scheduling problems,
