`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), the Board’s July 27, 2022 Order (Paper

`No. 25), and the Board’s email of July 29, 2022 moving DUE DATE 4 to August

`5, 2022, Petitioners respectfully submit this Request for Oral Argument.
`
`Petitioners request at least 60 minute to address all issues in this matter,
`
`including but not limited to the following:
`
` Whether claims 2 and 3 are obvious over the prior art combinations set forth
`
`in Ground 1 of the Petition.
`
` Whether claims 2-4 are obvious over the prior art combinations set forth in
`
`Ground 2 of the Petition.
`
` Any motions to exclude evidence if any are filed by DUE DATE 5 (which
`
`by stipulation is now August 12, 2022).
`
` Any other arguments presented by Patent Owner.
`
` Any additional issues on which the Board seeks clarification.
`
`Petitioners request means to present and display electronic materials during

`the oral argument.
