`Subject: ParkerVision v. LG - 6:21-cv-00520 - Court's Preliminary Constructions
`
`Good afternoon Counsel,
`
`Below, please find the Court’s Preliminary Constructions for the two terms argued in the parties’
`briefing. For the remaining terms, the Court adopts the final constructions from the previous
`case.
`
`Due to a trial starting on Monday, and additional hearings set for early next week, please let me
`know by Saturday, May 7th at noon whether any party plans to argue any of the below
`constructions.
`
`By Monday, May 9th at noon, please provide the Court with the names of all attendees, and
`whether they plan to attend in-person or via zoom. Please also provide the Court (and opposing
`counsel) with copies of any demonstratives that you plan to use.
`
`The Court always encourages oral arguments from younger attorneys. If you plan to have junior
`attorneys arguing, please let us know.
`
`Thanks, and have a nice weekend.
