`that it will cross examine Stacy A. Friedman, regarding his declarations submitted

`in IPR2021-951 and IPR2021-953. As agreed between the parties, in accordance

`with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the cross-examination will commence on March 8,
`
`2022, at 12 EST / 9 AM PT, and will proceed until completion. The deposition
`
`shall be conducted remotely using video teleconferencing service(s) and/or
`
`telephony service(s) that provide remote access for authorized parties. The
`
`deposition will be conducted before an officer authorized by law to administer
`
`oaths. The deposition will be recorded using at least stenographic means.
