`We would like to confirm an affidavit an Internet Archive employee provided last year on
`the first and second page of the attached.
`On August 17, 2020, Elizabeth Rosenberg signed an affidavit supporting the authenticity
`of an article titled “Four Steps to Application Performance Across the Network with
`Packeteer®’s PacketShaper®” archived by the Internet Archive. The affidavit was filed in
`support of an inter partes review before the US Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”). We
`are submitting a similar matter before the USPTO and we plan to rely on her earlier
`affidavit.
