`the Parties hereby stipulate to modify DUE DATES 1-2 as follows:

`• DUE DATE 1 will be changed from February 11, 2022 to March 4, 2022.

`• DUE DATE 2 will be changed from May 6, 2022 to May 27, 2022.
`
`A revised DUE DATE APPENDIX is attached showing the changes made
`
`relative to the latest schedule in redline. This stipulation does not affect or
`
`otherwise modify the dates for DUE DATES 3-8. As further agreed by the Parties,

`Patent Owner files this Notice on behalf of both Parties.
