`On August 30, 2021, a conference call was held. The participants were
`Judges Lee, Ullagaddi, and Moore, Mr. Timothy Devlin as counsel for Patent
`Owner, and Mr. Benjamin E. Weed, who spoke for Petitioner. Petitioner requested
`the conference call to request authorization to file a Reply to Patent Owner’s
`Preliminary Response. During the conference call, after a brief exchange with the
`panel, Mr. Weed stated that Petitioner no longer seeks authorization to file a Reply.
