`With respect to IPR2021-00908, Petitioner will not oppose the pro hac vice admission of Andrew
`DeMarco. Consistent with Petitioner’s position in other IPRs, including IPR2021-00580 and IPR2021-
`00584 where briefing has already been filed, and IPR2021-00640 where the Board ordered a similar
`motion be held in abeyance, Petitioner does object to the admission of Neil Benchell, including for
`all the reasons raised in the aforementioned briefing. Petitioner further proposes that the parties
`agree to wait for the Board’s decision on the contested motions regarding Mr. Benchell to proceed
`regarding any additional pro hac vice applications to avoid duplicative briefing.
