`
`REVISED SCHEDULING ORDER
`
`
`
`1 This Order addresses issues common to each of these proceedings and we
`use this caption for efficiency. The parties may not use this style heading in
`any subsequent papers without authorization.

`

`IPR2021-00843 (Patent 9,233,023 B2)
`IPR2021-00845 (Patent 9,233,024 B2)
`IPR2021-00846 (Patent 10,376,356 B2)
`IPR2021-00849 (Patent 10,709,548 B2)
`
`
`In each of the above-captioned proceedings, Alcon Inc., Alcon Vision,
`LLC, Alcon Laboratories, Inc., and Alcon Research, LLC (collectively
`“Petitioner”) filed a Petition for inter partes review, challenging claims of
`respective patents (noted above) owned by AMO Development, LLC
`(“Patent Owner”). See e.g., IPR2021-00843, Paper 1 (the record in each
`proceeding is similar and we cite herein to the first proceeding as exemplary
`unless otherwise noted). The Board instituted trial in each proceeding.
`Paper 15. In each proceeding, a Scheduling Order was entered setting a final
`hearing date (DUE DATE 8) of August 12, 2022. Paper 16.
`A scheduling conflict requires the Panel to revise these proceedings’
`schedules to change DUE DATE 8 to August 30, 2022. The oral argument
`(if requested by either party) shall be held then. No other change to the
`respective schedules is made and approximately one month prior to the oral
`argument, the Board will issue an order setting the start time of the hearing
`and the procedures that will govern the parties’ arguments.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that the schedule in each of the above-captioned inter
`partes review proceedings is revised to change DUE DATE 8, for hearing
`oral argument, to August 30, 2022; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that no other modification to the respective
`schedules is made.
