`that the Board consider the recent final written decision in Corning Optical Commc’ns LLC v. Dali
`Wireless, Inc., Case IPR2021-00762, Paper 37 (PTAB Oct. 11, 2022). Daedalus Blue therefore
`respectfully requests authorization to submit that decision as an exhibit (along with an updated
`exhibit list). Daedalus Blue does not request any briefing in connection with its proposed
`submission.
