`case. That case is pending.

` JOLED has asserted a related European Patent, EP 3 407 340, in the District

`Court of Mannheim, Germany, Case Ref. No. 2 O 87/20. That case is

`pending.

` Petitioner filed a parallel annulment action against EP 3 407 340 in the

`District Court of Munich. That action is pending.
`
` U.S. Patent Application No. 17/007,796 is pending and has a partially
`
`overlapping priority claim with the ’992 Patent.
